The written language in adult deaf people of Mendoza

Código H017-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 3713/22-R

Adult Deaf people, for the most part, dominate a sign language (which has the condition of being agraph) and use it for their communicative interactions. This situation, to some extent and for some time, has an impact on the majority community's lack of interest in learning the written language. This condition of disinterest vanishes for some when the context presents them with the need to have a certain autonomy to develop communications or tasks that involve the use of written language, a reality that gives rise to our proposal, given that a considerable number of adults /as Deaf/as expresses the need or desire to master or improve their competence in written language. To meet this demand, we must first consider the level reached by these adults and describe the characteristics of adult Deaf people's competence in written language. Our main objective will be: To describe the levels of competence in written language reached in a voluntary group of Deaf adults from the Mendoza community. The assumption from which we start is that Adult Deaf people have different levels of competence in written language manifested in the lexical-semantic, syntactic and pragmatic components. The methodology is of a basic descriptive type, it involves a research process with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach and the temporal scope is synchronous or transactional. The sample will be comprised of Deaf adults, volunteers from the local community, interested in participating in research to improve their competence in written Spanish. For data collection, face-to-face (video-recorded) interviews will be carried out, participant observation will be carried out, and reading comprehension and written production tests will be applied. The analysis of the data will be carried out by means of descriptive matrices that allow triangulating the data obtained through the different instruments. Finally, we consider that evaluating the levels of competence achieved in written language by Deaf adults, volunteers, who wish to deepen their knowledge and mastery in this modality of Spanish, will allow us to describe the current characteristics of this human group. In addition, it could become a valuable contribution to professionals in the area to enrich the strategies for teaching this language to Deaf people.

Educational practices in early childhood and the motor expressiveness they elicit in children who attend early child care centers of the Board of Education and those privates without regulation from Greater Mendoza

Código H016-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 3032/22-R

The enactment of the National Law N° 26.061 institutionalizes a paradigm for addressing children's rights that had been widely discussed. The paradigm shift implies understanding that children should no longer be treated as objects of protection but as subjects of rights. This establishes that each intervention, whether at the state level or from civil society, has to prioritize their best interests, that is, the maximum comprehensive and simultaneous satisfaction of the rights and guarantees recognized by the legislation.Based on this framework, we intend to carry out research that aims to describe the characteristics of educational practices and their impact on the motor expressiveness of children who attend early child care centers from the Greater Mendoza both regulated by the Board of Education and those privates without regulation. In order to achieve this objective, it is proposed: a) To inquire about the teachers? conceptions about educational practices in early childhood, b) To describe the characteristics of the teachers? educational proposals at different moments of the daily life of children in early child care centers, c) To know the motor expressiveness of children who attend early child care centers during the educational practices carried out by their teachers. It is proposed a methodological qualitative approach within the symbolic interpretive paradigm. It will be used a documentary observation of primary sources as an instrument: participant observation chronicles field notes and semi-structured interviews with teachers, all of them carried out by undergraduate students of education (Profesorado de Educación Inicial) from UNCUYO, as part of their internship in early child care centers. It is expected to obtain as a result the characterization of the educational practices that are developed inside the observed early child care centers, as well as the description of the motor expressiveness that these practices elicit in the children. It is considered that the know-how that educators present in their daily work constitutes a valuable source of information to analyze and reflect on these practices. Due to the socio-historical-political context, these practices deserve a scientific approach that guarantees the harmonious development of children in one of the most important stages of human development.

Diversidades, alteridades, resistencias. Interpelaciones prácticas desde las subjetividades contemporáneas.

Diversities, alterities, resistances. Practical interpellations from contemporary subjectivities.

Código H013-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

The project is based on a series of questions that can be thought of as central to Philosophical Anthropology and other disciplines that have contributed to the understanding of contemporary subjectivities. We propose to critically analyze the questions and questions posed to Philosophical Anthropology. These questions refer to practices that have been developed and that in their development call into question essentialist ways of understanding subjectivity. We consider that the constitution of subjectivities ? and the plural is not naive ? puts into check, or at least challenges, philosophical anthropology as a discipline and other related knowledge. We cannot ignore its modern, Eurocentric, theoretical, dualistic and androcentric origin, to mention some of its hegemonic characteristics. It is in this context of emergence that we propose to investigate possible updates, questions, rethinkings from contemporary subjectivities that are far from their theoretical and universal essentialisms. We think of a production of situated knowledge and a philosophy that opens the way to the emancipation of the subjects, in which the first step is to know and think of themselves as valuable. It is because of this that we detach ourselves from those theoretical constructions that have set aside materiality as a whole, according to hierarchically dualistic instances. We therefore appeal to rescue corporeality, sexuality, ethnicity, emotions/affections, connection with nature and other instances that we can consider as historically negated alterities. We take as a starting point the intersection of Latin American philosophy and feminisms to give rise to otherness. Both perspectives, besides intersecting, have historically been relegated as the other of the established and recognized canon. The hierarchical duality in the construction of knowledge has also been foundationally and epistemologically endorsed by a hegemonic academy. It is in this sense that we place ourselves from ?non-canonical?, ?peripheral? productions, others, different, why not leather, and that echo concrete exercises of resistance. We aim to analyze and make visible multiple emerging contemporary subjectivities, which we consider questioning the universal modern subject, as it was conceptualized by Classical Philosophical Anthropology.

Learning to read. Descriptive study using eye tracking techniques in primary school students in the province of Mendoza.

Código H011-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

This research proposal stems from the project called Reading development in children: an approach using eye tracking techniques, directed by Dr. Karina Rodríguez and Dr. Gustavo Gasaneo, and will focus on the study of peripheral perceptual processes and Intermediate linguistic problems that occur during learning to read Aspects of ocular dynamics (fixations, saccadic movements, regressions) will be investigated in children from first to fifth grade of common schooling in Mendoza. The human brain has specific areas for language and vision, but not for reading. There are genes related to basic abilities such as language and vision that end up being reorganized to form the reading brain, but these genes in themselves do not produce the ability to read, so children must receive formal education for the acquisition and development of the process reader. This begins when the written word is perceived by the visual system through eye movements, and is then processed by the brain. Basic eye movements, saccades and fixations, can be accurately captured with devices called eye-trackers, without contact with the subject. These eye movements offer data on how the cognitive system processes information during the stages of learning to read. Through the use of eye tracker, the eye movements of children in reading instances will be recorded. One of the objectives is to advance in studies on applied topics, linked to the learning processes of reading where a survey of the eye movements that occur as students progress in said learning is carried out, starting from the first contact with the code. Writing until they reach the stage where they have achieved the automation of the reading decoding process. It is expected that the results obtained from the recording of eye movements will allow us to describe and characterize, from this perspective, the trajectory that a neurotypical subject goes through during the different stages of learning to read.

EDUCACIÓN DIGITAL EN ENTORNOS VIRTUALES. SEGUNDA ETAPA: LA PROBLEMÁTICA DE LAS REDES SOCIALES EN LA ESCUELA PRIMARIA.

DIGITAL EDUCATION IN VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENTS. SECOND STAGE: THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL NETWORKS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL.

Código H009-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

This research is proposed as a continuation of Project H017 (Call 2019-2021), approved by Res. 3922/21-R., recently completed and currently under evaluation. Within the framework of the results obtained in it, in this second stage of the studies we will focus on the observation and description of the pedagogical implications in the territory that the new curricular themes studied have had, in a group of 10 public primary schools. , from the marginal urban and rural areas of the province of Mendoza, in the current scenario of an incipient post-pandemic.The theoretical inputs that were generated in the working document that was the result of the aforementioned project, will be contrasted in this second stage with a diagnostic inquiry, to later reinterpret and readjust, if necessary, the curricular and didactic implementations carried out in the Chair Information Management and Social Networks, object of analysis of these two consecutive work journeys. We anticipate an exploratory and descriptive applied research that, although it will have some quantitative methodological paths, will seek to privilege a qualitative discussion that allows the elaboration of a situation report, related to the use of ICTs in the school and located in the scope of the 10 educational establishments observed. This report will allow not only the aforementioned adjustments to be made, but it will also guide the curricular decisions that the chair will make in the face of an imminent institutional reprogramming of the study plans in the Faculty of Education.

The challenge of gamifying the learning of spelling. An innovative proposal within the framework of emerging pedagogies.

Código H008-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

This research, in its second stage, by teacher-researchers and researchers in training from the province of Mendoza, aims to deepen and expand the research initiated during 2019 in order to achieve the development of spelling competence through the use ofInnovative pedagogical mediations and the impact generated by digital technologies in the acquisition processspelling knowledge. This experience, therefore, will deal with the development of the spelling competence ofprimary school children from the implementation of sequences that use gamification as a methodology of emerging pedagogies. It is a quasi-experimental research, made up of two groups, oneexperimental and one control. The sample will be made up of students from, at least, two primary level sections of an urban and a rural school in the province of Mendoza and the same number of sections with similar characteristics for the control group. The research team intends to delve into the new emerging pedagogies and their methodologies and then build, based on this knowledge, feasible sequences to implement and validated during the secondyear of investigation. To achieve this purpose, information must be collected, analyzed and finally, buildgamified sequences, validate them in a control group and, in a second stage, apply it to the experimental and control groups. For this object of study, the research team intends to delve into theoretical references of the new pedagogies and their didactics, their relationship with Neuroscience and Cognitive Psychology, sciences that can provide valuable inputs. It is intended, on the one hand, that the teachers involved in the research appropriate innovative mediation strategies according to 21st century students using virtual environments within the framework of emerging pedagogies, and on the other, that students build knowledge of the orthographic regulations that allow them to be competent users of our language when it comes to understanding and producing texts for social and school use.

Critical construction to mainstream ESI, between teachers and students of the University Teaching Staff of Primary Education of the Faculty of Education.

Código H006-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

This is an action research project, understanding it not only as a research method, but as an epistemic tool oriented towards educational change. (Colmenares and Piñero, 2008, p.104) Change, which in this case , we consider fundamental in the treatment of comprehensive sexuality education in primary schools. The previous research work allowed us to observe that, for the most part, the teachers who passed through the Comprehensive Sexual Education Curricular Space of the FEd, value the training received in it, recognize the need to plan and mainstream the contents of CSE, and they may wonder about stereotypes and sexual diversity. In addition, it is a valuable fact that more than 90% of those surveyed say that they were motivated to continue their training on the subject. However, the effective implementation still encounters numerous obstacles, not only because we recognize that a curricular space, or undergraduate training, are not enough to address a subject in which it is necessary to unlearn matrices and put words to many taboos. But because strong institutional resistance appears within the school environments in which our graduates work. Thinking about CSE transversally is also being aware of the power games that are evident in educational institutions and between them and families.A research work is proposed from the chair of Comprehensive Sexual Education in conjunction with the Professional Practices space. To analyze whether teacher support allows overcoming the institutional and/or personal obstacles identified in the previous project. It is also a way to take a team look at the realities found in the institutional areas of practice, recognizing that loneliness in the approach is one of the greatest enemies when it comes to effectively and comprehensively implementing sex education. (Fernandez and Basque, 2019-2021). It is intended to verify if the accompaniment, from the chair of Comprehensive Sexual Education, to the students of the University Teaching Staff in Primary Education, in their last year of professional practice, will allow them to generate, through a process of critical construction, strategies so that they can overcome personal and institutional obstacles, in the implementation of ESI contents.

Childhood and Pedagogy. Narrative-pedagogical inquiries about the meaning of school in Primary Level students (Part 2).

Código H003-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 2118/22-R.

We are interested in focusing the research on the analysis of the pedagogical narratives of Primary Level students in the Province of Mendoza. Narratives that arise when problematizing the meaning of school from the perspective of childhood. It is about building reflection scenarios in the school to promote the voice of boys and girls around pedagogical questions. As a hypothesis, we propose that Pedagogy, as a theoretical reflection, proposes a wide range of questions about the meaning of the school. Like all the actors of the educational fact, boys and girls have their own points of view about teaching, learning, knowledge, school and educational purposes, perspectives that always depend on the role they play, their spaces of expression and the conditions of possibility to do so. We consider that the school experience imprints learning, teaching and coexistence with particular characteristics that boys and girls can clearly identify.

Violation of the rights of girls and boys from 0 a 3 yeras old: ethods of detection and intervention in SEOS in the departament of Tunuyan, province of Mendoza.

Código 06/H019-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 3713/22-R

The present research project takes as a case study three SEOS Maternal Gardens (Educational Service of Social Origin) of the Tunuyán department, of the province of Mendoza, corresponding to the first of the cycles of the Level. When receiving a population from 0 to 3 years old, they must pay special attention to the rights of these early childhoods and face different situations linked to violations of these rights that are difficult to detect in this age group due to the communication modes of their age. The forms of detection and the consequent approach require particularities due to these characteristics, which would imply greater sensitivity to behavioral indicators that, many times, could go unnoticed when confused with stages of development.Consequently, this proposal will try to describe and understand the functioning, organization, internal dynamics, articulations and interactions of the actors of the three SEOS of the department of Tunuyán, related to the detection and approach of the indicators of violation of rights of the boys and girls who attend these SEOS.Especially, the research team is interested in repairing SEOS in rural, semi-rural and urban areas of the department of Tunuyán.One of the fundamental aspects of the Paradigm for the Comprehensive Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents is the protagonism of other political actors in addition to the State to prevent, to make visible indicators of threats and violations of the Rights of the Child, as well as the deployment of actions restorative of the violated right, particularly in this strip. It is a question, then, of describing and explaining the behavior of the SEOS in this matter so that it can become an improvement in their responsibility, and the results are finally inserted in the daily institutional processes for their qualitative improvement.Any analysis regarding the Rights of the Child acquires special importance where the rights to survival and development must be protected and guaranteed in order to guarantee the rights of the child. The experiences, then, of education and care, are substantial: the SEOS are that space of concrete articulation where the community, the family and the State (mainly municipal) come together (or should do so) in the protection of very vulnerable children. due to the different conditions and age group.

LAS VOCES DE LOS GRADUADOS CON DISCAPACIDAD RESPECTO DE LA ACCESIBILIDAD EN SU PASO POR LA UNIVERSIDAD

THE VOICES OF GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES REGARDING ACCESSIBILITY IN THEIR PASSAGE THROUGH UNIVERSITY

Código 06/H018-T1 Tipo: PROYECTO SIIP TIPO 1 BIENAL 2022 Convocatoria 2022 Resolucion Res. 3713/22-R

This project is the continuation of several previous studies developed by a large part of this research team focused on the inclusion of students with disabilities at the National University of Cuyo. From the conclusions of the previous project where the source of information was the experience of students with disabilities themselves, new questions arise that lead us to investigate the voices of graduates with disabilities from our university and their educational journey in their student stage. Considering the accessibility in the different areas where he developed his student life. In methodological terms, we rely on axiological, ontological, and epistemological supports based on the need to address the object of study in a complementary manner, based on quantitative and qualitative methodology. The first quantitative phase will be of a descriptive exploratory type since it seeks to evaluate aspects, characteristics, attributes of the object of study. In the second phase, with in-depth interviews, we will focus and deal more deeply with facts and situations specifically related to our thematic interest, facilitators and obstacles to university accessibility, to achieve contextual understanding. In theoretical terms, we will continue problematizing the institutional responses to the historical barriers that do not allow the right to education of students with disabilities to be a reality without excuses.
